Managing applications
The MISA++ ImageJ plugin can be launched by navigating to Plugins → MISA++ for ImageJ. This will open a tool that lists all installed MISA++ applications (modules) and add more modules.
The user interface is divided into three sections:
The list of applications
Information and tools that are related to the current application
A toolbar with global actions
Application list
This will list all currently known applications with a name, an unique identifier and the version.
Click on an entry to select an application.
Current application
Following information is shown about the currently selected application:
Name
Unique identifier and version
File that tells MISA++ for ImageJ that this application exists
A short description
You have following available actions:

Opens the manual of the selected application. This manual is not the same as the ImageJ plugin manual. It contains information like dependency libraries (including citations if provided) and all information to run the command line application without our ImageJ plugin. |

Removes the application from the list. This will not remove the application from your computer. If the application is installed system-wide the button is disabled. |

Opens a tool that allows you to analyze data with the selected application (see Analyzing data) |
Toolbar actions
Following actions are available:

Updates the list of available MISA++ applications. |

Allows you to add a MISA++ application this is not installed system-wide. Open the MISA++ application executable to add it to the list. |

Opens the pipeline builder tool (see Creating pipelines) |

Opens a tool to analyze the output of a MISA++ application (see Analyzing results) |

Opens a developer-tool to analyze the runtime of a MISA++ application. See Analyzing the runtime for more information. |

Opens the documentation. |
